Website Update

I decided to at least do some housekeeping on my website, and took down my pretend book covers (now that I'm going to have real ones! squee!), rearranged the content to be a little more user-friendly, and added a Site Map so there'd be a comprehensive list of links to all content right on the same page.

I also added a new page called Timeline of a Writer to show my progress from aspiring author to published. (And hopefully beyond... I'm including international fame, fortune, and best-sellerdom as rungs on my ladder to world domination. Muahahahahaaa)

As soon as I have more concrete info, I'll update the site with title and cover information, but until then... así es!

Looks great, Erica! (World domination is just around the corner.)

Book three of my novel series has the h/h embarking on a plan for world domination...which is why you'll probably get a mention in the dedication. :)

An article in today's New York Times has "web site" as two words, which I think is also how you referred to it in your series of posts on the subject last year....

Besides being a romance writer, Erica is also a graphic designer and web site developer

Now the whole information desk staff at the Greenwich Library is in a tizzy: is web site one word or two? Half the title entries in the card catalogue read one way; half the other. Do you want to read "Web Sites for Dummies," or Websites for Idiots"? The choice is yours.

I will continue to follow Miss E's original choice, which is also that of the NYT. Takes a microsecond longer to type, but there you go. Life is full of little bumps in the road.

Besides, I count myself in the dummies camp rather than the idiots camp...
